• Important information: all authors, co-authors and presenters participating in this Congress are expected to disclose to the audience any significant financial interest or other relationship with the manufacturer of any commercial product and/or provider of commercial services discussed in the educational presentations. The purpose of this disclosure is not to prevent a presenter with a significant financial interest from making a presentation, but rather to provide the audience with information on which they can make their own judgments. The audience will then determine whether the presenter’s relationships may influence the abstract with regard to the presentation and/or conclusion. At the time of your presentation, you are required to inform the audience of disclosure both verbally and in your first introductory slide. Those for whom affirmative responses have been indicated will have their names and disclosures printed in the official program for attendee distribution.
• The content of the abstract, oral presentation or poster, is solely of the author(s)’ responsibility.
